Matthew Friend is an old soul living inside a 24-year-old comedian/actor/impressionist's body. Matthew graduated from NYU’s Gallatin School in 2020, but his love of comedy and entertainment was sparked when he was four years old. He had watched Austin Powers (yes, as a four-year-old) and started mimicking the characters’ voices—and the rest was history. To date, Matthew has over a million followers on TikTok, Snap, Instagram, Facebook, and across all socials. He has appeared on The Howard Stern Show, MSNBC, the Today Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, NBC’s New York Live TV, Good Day LA, Good Day NY, Good Morning Washington, and WGN. In 2019, Matthew won Kenan Thompson’s Ultimate Comedy Experience at Carolines on Broadway. Matthew performs at corporate events and does stand-up comedy throughout the country. Matthew’s repertoire includes more than 250 impressions ranging from Rami Malek to Timothee Chalamet. His favorite impression at the moment is Jennifer Coolidge. Matt headlined a sold out crowd at Carolines on Broadway as part of Carolines' Breakout Artist Series. Matt has voiced two characters for The Simpsons and is currently in the process of recording original characters for Family Guy. Matt headlined at The Stand Comedy Club as part of the 2022 New York Comedy Festival. Matt is also a Snap Star, one of the fastest rising creators on Snapchat.

All shows are 21+ (18+ if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 30). All accompanied 18+ guests will be wrist-banded or stamped, and no alcohol will be served at the table. All parties must have valid government-issued IDs to enter the building.
Instead of a drink minimum, we have a two-item per person minimum in the Showroom, which can be fulfilled with any food or drink items from the menu. Food and drinks purchased in the bar and lounge do not count towards the two-item minimum.
Please Note: If you choose not to order anything in the showroom, there is a $4 charge per item not purchased. This charge covers our costs so we can continue providing you with great laughs!
- General Admission seating is assigned on a first-come, first-sat basis as you enter the showroom. The earlier you arrive, the better your seats will be.
- Reserved seats are assigned for you by management on the night of the show. They are the best seats available for your party size at the time they are assigned.
Please Note: We do not take seating requests and cannot guarantee seats in a specific location.
- While we cannot guarantee seats together, General admission groups should arrive at least 45 minutes before showtime and enter the showroom as a group for the best chance of being seated together.
- Reserved groups who purchase tickets in a single order will automatically be assigned seating together. Reserved ticket holders who purchase separately are not guaranteed seating together. Please see your email confirmation for details if your group purchased separately.
Please Note: We will only seat complete groups. Your group must enter the showroom together to be seated together. In addition, we do not take seating requests and cannot guarantee you seats in a specific location.

Ticket protection is insurance that allows you to cancel your order to receive a venue credit toward a future event. It can be added to most orders at the time of purchase but cannot be added after the order has been placed.
To redeem your Ticket Protection and receive a venue credit toward a future event, please send an email to protection@heliumcomedy.com with your order number no less than 24 hours before showtime.
